Fonts
Fonts can create issues when we do not have the font you used to create your artwork. We prefer fonts to be outlined prior to submission. Please let us know if you have used a font that is unusual or found on the internet.

Converting to a PDF file does not always guarantee success in printing an unusual font.
Images
Images and artwork used in your design should be 300 DPI at the native size used in your design. WARNING: Images generally found and used from Google or other search engines and saved to disk from the Internet are 72-96 DPI, and unsuitable for print production.

Please do not ask us to modify pdf, tif or jpg files. Correct any problems before you send it for production.
